 | Once we have received your completed form, our staff will review the application and only prospective athletes who fit the physical, mental and technical requirements of the program will be contacted. |
 | Each interview will be conducted by Thomas Niendorf and will include the prospective applicant and their guardian(s). |
 | The interview process may also include a tour of the facilities, discussions of Highlanders Residency's educational and athletic programs, and an assessment of whether the institute/student are a good match. |
