The Highlanders Residency exists first and foremost to identify, foster and develop professional players. We believe in a comprehensive approach to player development that not only fosters an athlete’s physical qualities but their minds as well. The creation of the Highlanders Residency program allows the athlete to not only achieve the school component, but also the independent living component away from home. This is what makes a player learn what it is to be in a professional environment every day and working towards a very clearly defined goal – becoming a professional player.
VHFC's highly experienced staff is following a Blended Learning model. Our educators combine classroom instruction with flexible online courses. Our hybrid learning and training model is the future of athlete development and we look forward to working with all the athletes that join our campus.
