What does it take to become your best?
While our players train and compete as a team our priority is to focus at all times on the individual player‘s technical, tactical, physical and psychosocial development.
Our culture and coaching philosophy shape our players and formulate our principals of play. PSI seeks to develop players who demonstrate the following:
Ability: the technical foundation and skills to creatively solve problems at high speed to meet the demands of elite soccer.
Desire: a love of learning and the passion to work hard and improve themselves everyday.
Nerve: the grit and constitution to overcome setbacks, losses and failures, as these are only steps to achieve greatness.
It is imperative for success that players develop the following traits:
- A winning mentality and a relentless strive for excellence, these are the foundations of a true professional mindset,
- Adaptability and game intelligence (system of plays, team tactics, positional playing behavior),
- Understanding and execution of key aspects of a modern playing approach,
- Sound technical skills within a real game situation.
"Every player needs individual attention."
Thomas Tuchel
